Meet Becca! She is, as the name suggests, our reason for being.
Becca was a student at the Monroe County ISD for many years. She loved her friends, teachers, and staff.
Outside of school, you could find her petting her dog, Sadie, crafting, or winning many rounds of UNO.
Upon meeting her, you were guaranteed a healthy round of 100 questions, including: ‘Do you have a dog?’ and ‘What is your dog’s name?’
Sometimes, though, Becca just had a rough day. Who can’t relate?
While these days impacted her behavior, we are left wondering what help having an emotional support dog may have been on those hard days.
Becca said goodbye to this world on December 20, 2020 and left behind many friends.
Her parents are still left wondering if a dog at school might help Becca’s friends on their difficult days.
We love Becca, and we are so excited to provide much needed support for her dearly loved friends.
